The kits consist of four main packages that will work on both Ride Command and non-Ride Command vehicles and will provide varying levels of audio experience, from the basic three-speaker package to a complete five-speaker system. Ride Command kits feature a direct plug-and-play harness that connects to the vehicle’s system, allowing full functionality directly to the display screen, while non-Ride Command systems come with the media receiver AWMC3 from MTX Audio as the source.
In addition, two Original Equipment (OE) add-on kits are available. The first allows a customer to add the PROXP-20-SW and MUD600-1 amplifier to an existing OE front dual speaker system, and the second option allows the addition of a pair of our speakers. rear MUD65PL to an OE two- or three-speaker system. All kits come complete with direct-fit hardware and plug-n-play harnesses for frustration-free installation.
The separate front speakers and subwoofer are also available outside of a kit for customers looking for individual parts. The PROXP-20-FS component speaker system features the new MTX Audio-designed 6.5-inch speaker that mounts in the factory location under the dash, combined with a dome tweeter high performance soft top that mounts to the top of the dash.
The PROXP-20-SW Subwoofer Enclosure features a high-output 10-inch subwoofer in a raised port design that installs in the passenger side dash area. The speaker is intended to be paired with the MUD600-1 monoblock amplifier and features a front-end design to maximize bass output.
“The feedback and enthusiasm for our new Polaris RZR Pro XP kit has been incredible,” said Jason Fickas, Director of Sales and Marketing. “Resellers and customers have expressed how much they have been eagerly awaiting an audio solution for this platform, and we are pleased to finally be able to deliver it.”
