Magna Tires acquires Industra Ltd.

Dutch company Magna Tires has announced the acquisition of Polish company Industra Ltd., marking another step in its global expansion plans. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The acquisition documents the growth of the Magna Tires group which is on track to increase its turnover to 600 million euros in 3 to 5 years, according to the company. Industra’s net turnover amounts to nearly 10 million euros.
