DSI Tires management hands over equipment to Gampaha district hospital officials
DSI Tires recently donated Rs. 4.8 million Philips multi-parameter monitors to Gampaha District General Hospital.
The donation was made at the initiative of Ranatunga Rajapakse, Managing Director of DSI Samson Group (Pvt) Ltd.
The monitors were handed over thanks to the intervention of Dr Shiran Dias during a ceremony chaired by Mr H. Wasantha (General Manager of Human Resources at Samson Rubber Products), Amitha Kumara Lokuwithanage (Deputy General Manager of Human Resources) as well as Dr Saman Senanayake, Dr Mahesh and Dr Ileperuma.
The multipara monitor shows heart rate, central venous pressure, non-invasive blood pressure, ECG, oxygen saturation (SpO2) and carbon dioxide partial pressure (PaCO2).
These monitors are essential to the Intensive Care Unit and contribute a lot to the national campaign against virulent diseases like COVID 19. âDSI Tires is committed to the cause of our society.
