Thanks for the quality service guys, the Electra Glide and Fat Boy never faltered in the 2000 miles we put on them, we got quite attached to them over the 10 days and were sad to leave. Really appreciated the personal touch, like the lifts to the airport and all the friendly emails leading up to our rental from you, it was like dealing with friends rather than a business.

Eventually getting around to sending this email of thanks.

To any WANT-A-BE riders or renters:

Just to let you know that I rented an Electra Glide Classic from Blue Sky Tucson in Aug '03 and headed south to Tombstone & Bisbee (super country for enjoying this big tourer). It was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Blue Sky was the only company to offer full insurance ($1,000 deductible on the bike). Their service was excellent, fast & efficient. Caren walked through all the terms & conditions (something you never get when renting a car or anything else). Lance went over the details of the bike (where the kick start was). Did you know they now have kick start buttons!!!! On a more serious note make sure you know how to turn off the alarm, test it out a few times before you leave, it will save you some time & some strange looks!! I clocked up 300 miles with not a pain nor ache first time on a bike in 18 months speaks to the comfort of the Electra Glide. I would definitely use Blue Sky again.

We can not express to you how much we appreciate your kindness and friendship. After renting the chopper from you for AZ Bike Week we knew that if we did not buy one before Sturgis that we were coming back to you.

Everything that we discussed prior to renting is exactly what you delivered and delivered you did, everyone that I talked with could not believe that you guys would actually drop off and pick the bike up, and the only thing I needed to do was be home at the time discussed. So again we Thank You very much for everything and the next time we or anyone else that we know needs a bike you are the first ones we will call.

WOW! You need to have that party up here in Massachusetts! If I could, I would be there in a heartbeat.

Riding a Harley with my father has been a childhood dream so I want to sincerely thank you and Lance for making that dream a reality. It is nice when it does not take a lot of words to know the moment could not get much better. With the service that you provided me, there is no doubt you (Caren) and Lance will have a successful business in Tucson.
